New Signature Drink! cool Italian Icy Hot Fizz

This week we got a hold of this new liquor, its called Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto and its got this funky Italian ice flavor going on. (check out their website to see what they have to say about it http://rosolioitalicus.com/#about). anyways we decided to make a drink that tastes like a nice cold refreshing Italian ice. what we came up with is the Cool Italian Icy Hot Fizz! its a cocktail with Italicus, Malfy Lemon Gin, Egg whites, lemon & Habanero Shrub for a little kick at the end.
